Our mission

Care that starts with people.

We listen to what each person and family needs. From coping with a diagnosis and treatment to finding practical support, rebuilding confidence, or connecting with others, PWF helps make the journey more manageable. Our work is rooted in dignity, compassion, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and supported.

How we help

Four departments. One shared mission.

Our departments work together to support the emotional, social, and practical needs that can arise when cancer affects a person and their family.

Psychosocial Support

Individual guidance for patients and loved ones facing emotional, social, and practical challenges related to cancer.

Boutique na Pechu

Private, personal fittings for breast prostheses, bras, swim prostheses, and specialized swimwear after breast surgery.

Therapy & Recreation

Supportive activities that encourage connection, confidence, relaxation, creativity, and enjoyment during illness and recovery.

Child & Cancer Department

Age-appropriate guidance and activities for children and young people whose lives are affected by cancer.

A longstanding fundraising partner

Ride for the Roses Curaçao

Organized independently by Stichting Ride for the Roses Curaçao, Ride for the Roses brings the community together through sport, solidarity, and hope. Through a longstanding partnership, the funds raised are transferred to PWF to support cancer patients and their families across the island.
